Anita Goldin is a Leadership Coach and Team Development Specialist with over 20 years of hands-on experience as a senior Human Resources leader and executive team member. She is a graduate of Coach University and holds her ACC coaching credential through the International Coach Federation.
Anita began her career in Human Resources in western Connecticut at the Danbury Hilton. From there she went on to become a HR Director for Hyatt Hotels for 13 years and then a Regional Human Resources Director for Merrill Corporation. From these experiences she brings to her coaching role a keen understanding of human relations as well as the operational intricacies that face today's management teams. Her areas of coaching expertise include coaching for performance, coaching for development and new manager “acclimation coaching”. Through the coaching process she provides direction, encouragement and accountability all while motivating her clients towards confidence, competence, action and growth. Anita views coaching from a holistic standpoint and incorporates balance and fulfillment in her process. She has worked with a wide variety of organizations including hotels, hospitals, health insurance, education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and non-profit associations.
Anita is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
