In addition to fractional HR services, he offers one-on-one and team coaching, personality & 360 assessments, leadership development programs, and advisory engagements that strengthen management capacity, career mobility, and team performance. He is an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC) and Hogan-certified practitioner.
