Arizona’s Annual Benefits & Compensation Survey – The Results are Ready

This year, a total of 25 hotels participated in the Annual Survey, representing 7,325 employees and 6,992 guest rooms.
Results included all exempt and hourly wages as well as a myriad of benefits and working conditions questions such as HR budgets, turnover percentages, health insurance premiums, guest banquet service charges & much more.
Results were broken down by “zone” (geographic locations for Phoenix/Scottsdale and Tucson), and by self-identified luxury properties.
