Southern California Annual Benefits & Compensation Survey
This year, a total of 62 hotels participated in the Annual Survey, representing 22,704 employees and 18,284 guest rooms.
Results included all exempt and hourly wages as well as a myriad of benefits and working conditions questions such as HR budgets, turnover percentages, health insurance premiums, guest banquet service charges & much more.
Results were broken down by “zone” (geographic location), by luxury (self-identified), larger properties (>499 guest rooms) and union wages for hourly employees.
