Santa Barbara Mid-Year Wage Survey

Upon high demand, a mid-year “wage only” survey was conducted for the Santa Barbara area.
The following 9 hotels participated in this survey:
- Californian Hotel
- El Encanto
- Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort
- Hotel Santa Barbara
- Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, an Auberge Resort
- Ojai Valley Inn & Spa
- Ritz Carlton Bacara Resort & Spa
- Rosewood Miramar Beach, Montecito
- Zachary Dunes
All hourly and exempt salaries were tabulated representing 1,766 guest rooms and a total of 2,752 employees. Reports included the hourly summary and the exempt summary.
