Founded in 2003, Hospitality Taskforce, Inc (HT) was built on the philosophy that hotels should have access to top talent in times of need for immediate, short-term management level support. Likewise, we understand that many talented individuals in our industry want the freedom and flexibility of independent contract work. Our role is to support both parties in coming together for the good of themselves, the industry and the hotels and management companies we serve.
Our mission is to provide a network of top tier, experienced professionals in the areas of Sales, Catering, General Managers and Operations on a temporary basis. We provide hotel management staffing across all Departments and throughout the Continental United States and Hawaii.
About Dani Churchill
Founded by Dani’s father, Tony DiRaimondo, she joined the team in early 2021. Prior to joining, she spent 20 years working in Advertising & Marketing at top Los Angeles-based Advertising Agencies, across various verticals including Travel & Tourism, Consumer Packaged Goods, Wine & Spirits and Technology.
In addition to leading key client relationships, as a Partner at her last agency position, she worked closely with the owners on culture, growth and operations. Dani brings her passion and experience of Marketing and Operations to Hospitality Taskforce, Inc.
Dani currently lives in Manhattan Beach, California with her husband and two young daughters.
