2023 Southern California Hospitality Industry Mid-Year EXEMPT Compensation Survey

By popular demand, we were asked to conduct a mid-year “exempt only” compensation survey for Southern California. This certainly reflects the rapidly changing pay rates for those exempt employees within the industry. Being able to adjust wages to follow the competition is paramount.

- Exempt Summary – Luxury Hotels (self-identified)
- Exempt Summary – Zone V (Santa Barbara and Surrounding Areas)
