Reward your employees with a treat for Halloween!

Alternatively, think of ways to mark the day with a costume party, a pumpkin carving or bulletin board contest, or even a cookie decorating contest. You can then have each employee submit their vote via email, and provide the winner, or winners (1st, 2nd 3rd prize) with a special treat. The treat should be unexpected, like for example a cookie delivery to their home, or an extra day off with pay!
