Although Covid-19 worldwide pandemic is far from being over, the time to seriously evaluate your wage plan is now. We have entered a new world where individuals seeking employment are focused more so than ever on life balance and compensation packages, and where employers must do everything in their power to hold on to their staff, offering fair and “competitive” wages & benefits.

The 2022 Annual Southern California Benefits & Compensation survey process will begin next week. We will be sending out the invitations to participate via email, on Tuesday, February 1st, so please check your inbox!
About the Survey
The survey is comprehensive, covering all exempt and non-exempt positions. Information is specific yet presented in a way that maintains strictest confidentiality for all participants. All returned data is shown in “averages”. (A minimum of six (6) participating hotels is required, in order to maintain the integrity & the confidentiality of the data.)
- General Findings Report (rooms, employees, ratios, banquet service charge splits, turnover, perks, incentives, other relevant data collected, etc.)
- Overall Statistical Report for entire group – Non-Exempt Positions
- Overall Statistical Report for entire group – Exempt Positions
- Benefits Information (H&W, co-pays, PTO, Retirement, etc.)
- Participant List
