After 18 years in the corporate hospitality HR world, and another 20 years in the business of Human Resources Consulting services for all industries, come next month our business model will be changing!
As announced briefly in our November newsletter, ECG will become a “Referral Platform” for all things HR and all things Hospitality. I am so grateful to those consultants, advisors and businesses that will be joining our platform, and will make it a point to highlight one of our providers in our Newsletter each month.
Our engagement agreements with our clients will end by December 31st, 2021, opening up for them to retain their individual consultants, or seek alternative HR resources through our Platform.
