Over time, Liane has refined and enhanced her sales and leadership skills through the tumultuousness of an act of terrorism, economic downturns, re-branding, ownership transitions, management changes, and launching a new hotel. Each experience provided lessons in adjusting to a changing landscape, activating sales strategies to overcome disruptions, and capturing available revenue streams.
The combination of selling and leading for the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, the Westin Century Plaza, the St. Regis Los Angeles, Le Meridien at Beverly Hills, and the launch of the first SLS Hotel have all contributed to a concentrated, conscious approach to developing successful sales managers who learned to find joy and fulfillment in the sales process while exceeding financial goals.
