Southern California Hospitality Industry/benefits & compensation survey

This year, a total of 67 hotels participated in the Southern California Survey, representing 21,296 guest rooms and 19,493 employees. The survey results are broken down by geographical area to include Zone I , LAX and Beach properties, Zone II Westside/Beverly Hills, Zone III LA Downtown/Valleys, Zone IV Orange & San Diego Counties, Zone V Santa Barbara and Zone VI Palm Springs/Desert Areas. The results are also broken down by luxury properties (self-identified), larger properties, equal to or greater than 500 rooms, and union hotels.
