2022 Arizona Hospitality Industry – Benefits & Compensation Survey

We concluded last week, the Arizona Hospitality Industry Benefits & Compensation Survey, covering two zones – Phoenix/Scottsdale and Tucson.
This year, a total of thirty-three (33) hotels participated in the survey, representing 11,917 guest rooms, and 10,122 employees.
The survey reports were sent via email, either in PDF or Excel formats, depending on the report. The benefits report will provide great information, such as:
- percentage of turnover
- labor cost percentage
- hotel banquet service charges
- housekeeping best practices
- health insurance co-pay information
- and much, much more.
