Marylou Garcia is the Area Director at Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) Los Angeles, a leading global cost consultancy and supplier management firm that’s delivered incremental cash flow to clients globally through their procurement and expense management expertise.

Marylou has held senior financial management positions in the public and private sectors for over twenty years. Her experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial startups across multiple industries worldwide, including the U.S., Asia, the Caribbean, and South America.

She previously served as CFO for a leading technology development firm, Corporate Director of Finance with Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Finance positions at Hyatt, St. Regis Hotels, and Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts.

Marylou holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She currently manages her ERA consulting practice in California, covering Southern Los Angeles and Northern Orange County.
