Washington DC Annual Benefits & Compensation Survey – Hospitality Industry

We have just concluded the Washington D.C. annual benefits & compensation survey for the hospitality industry.
The results included all hourly and exempt positions, as well as a “benefits & incentives” summary, covering health insurance premiums, working conditions such as number of rooms cleaned in an 8-hour period, and banquet service charges assessed for guests, just to name a few. Since this survey is growing, we were able this year to add a “Luxury Hotel” report, for those self-identified luxury properties. The following hotels participated in the survey this year:
